Submission
Authors are requested to submit original, unpublished papers. Submissions must adhere to the specified conference template, which includes guidelines for figures, tables, and references. Papers can follow either the Single column or Two Columns format of Templates. The maximum length for papers is 8 pages. Please submit papers as PDF files via the CMT system. Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarized material (max. 15% from all sources), Ithenticate tool will be used to detect plagiarism . Each paper will be reviewed by 3 regular SRC members. The acceptance decisions will take into account paper novelty, technical depth, elegance, practical or theoretical impact, and presentation. Please read carefully the Instructions for authors.
Registration Requirements
To ensure inclusion of accepted papers in the conference proceedings, it is compulsory for at least one author of each paper to register. Each paper must be presented by an author in person at the conference. All participants, including authors, must complete their registration and pay the associated fees by February 04, 2024. Failure to register will result in exclusion of the paper from the conference program.
Please note, the registration fee encompasses several services, including publication in web of conference costs, basic tea and coffee breaks, an electronic version of the conference proceedings, and access to all conference sessions.
However, it is important to highlight that training fees are not covered by the registration fee and must be handled separately. However, as a benefit, participants are eligible for a 20% discount on the training fees.
